American Bank opened for business in July 1998. Since the institutions conception the bank's founders continue to serve as directors for American Bank. Thanks to their strong leadership and progressive ideas, American Bank has grown to over $60,000,000 in assets and has added one branch location. American Bank's Saginaw Branch opened for business in July 2003.
